The WiFi HotSpot service can be used in compliance with the following conditions. The use of the service and logging in using the password is considered as the acceptance of the below conditions. The Municipality of the district 13 of Budapest (hereinafter referred to as Municipality) makes possible for the visitor having a district Partner Card (hereinafter referred to as User) to use the possibility of wireless internet connection (hereinafter referred to as WiFi) without paying any special fee for this service.

The service makes possible for the User to access internet, his/her electronic letters in certain areas of District 13 of Budapest. The User is not entitled either to resell the internet access to third parties or to transfer it free of charge. The User uses the service under his/her own liability and provides the tools required for using the service. Within the frame of the laws, the Municipality excludes its liability in connection with the provision of the service and the use of it.

The Municipality is especially not responsible for the probable defects of the User’s computer, for any virus infection, or for the damages probably caused by the programs included on the visited sites. Furthermore, the Municipality is not responsible for any damage caused by the delay of the connection, the interruption of the connection or deriving from failed or defective data transmission. The Municipality is especially not liable for the User’s illegal use of the service, and for the damages being due to the fact that the User stores or transfers such data, information, which he/she acquired illegally, and by which he/she violates copyright or other laws.

The Municipality is allowed to log the User’s activity and manage the logged records according to the relevant laws, and in case of being contacted by an authority to provide the legally specified data referring to the given user.
